Hobo Supper

   For each person to be served, place each hamburger patty on a piece of foil about 12 inches squares.

   Slice potato and onion on top of patty.

   Season potato with a little salt and pepper.

   Dot with butter.

   Fold foil over top and ends so juice will remain in package.

   Place package(s) on cookie sheet and bake at 325u00b0 for about 45 minutes to one hour.
