⅓ cups Jalapenos, Sliced
3 cups Water
3 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Pork Gravy
1 package (enough For 10 Servings) Flour Tortillas (any Size)
16 ounces, weight Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded
8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
1 can (8 Oz. Can) Black Olives, Sliced
Lime, For Garnish
Tortilla Chips, To Serve

In large saucepan combine pork, enchilada sauce and jalapenos.

In separate bowl, add water and gradually whisk in gravy packets until well combined.
