Herb Filled Spiral Bread(2 Loaves)

   Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

   Pour hot tap water over butter, sugar and salt in small mixing bowl.

   Let cool to 115u00b0. It is not necessary for butter to melt completely.

   With plastic blade in place (on food processor), add 3/4 cup warm water, 3 cups flour and yeast mixture to work bowl.

   Process for several seconds until mixed.

   Remove cover and add butter mixture and 1 cup flour. Process briefly.

   Add enough remaining flour, a cup at a time, and process after each addition, until dough is still soft, but not sticky and bounces back when touched.

   This kneading process should take no longer than a minute.
