Heinz 57 potato

   Poke holes in potato with a fork put on a moist paper towel in a microwave and cover with one too

   Microwave on high for 40 minutes after 30 minutes check potato cut into half if done at thirty minutes its ok if not microwave for 10 more minutes

   Put into bowl top with sour cream, butter, and Heinz 57, salt and pepper

4. 4

   Serve and enjoy I like to mash it all together

   Important remember to poke holes in potatoes for they have been known to explode in a microwave same thing if cooking in a campfire
