Heavenly Frosting

   Cook milk and flour together in a saucepan until thick and comes to a paste.

   Cool.

   In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and oleo together until fluffy.

   Add vanilla to the milk and flour paste, mixing well.

   Add paste mixture to the creamed mixture and beat well until creamy consistency.
