1 cup Flour
1 quart Water
2 pounds Ground Beef
2 cups Cubed Potatoes
1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
2 cans (10.75 Oz. Size) Tomato Soup
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Celery, Chopped
2 cups Mixed Veggies Or Half Corn And Half Green Beans
1 cube Beef Bouillon

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the flour and make a smooth paste by mixing the butter with the flour. Add water and mix to combine.

In a large soup pot, brown meat over medium heat. Once meat is browned, drain off the grease. Add the flour paste and remaining ingredients into the meat. Simmer on low for several hours.
