3 rice bowls worth Cooked rice (warm)
4 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Sake
3 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Japanese soup stock (granules)
3 Eggs
2 stalks Green onions (finely sliced)
1 Ichimi chilli pepper powder, white sesame seeds

Cut the burdock into long thin shavings and soak in water.
