Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 lb top round beef, trimmed, cut into small cubes; 2 None pork sausages; 1 None onion, finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 2 slices bacon, finely chopped; 1 stalk celery, chopped; 1 None carrot, chopped; 1 None zucchini, chopped; 2 (13.5 oz) cans chopped tomatoes; 4 cups vegetable stock; 1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained; 5.25 oz cabbage, finely shredded; 3.5 oz orzo; 2 tbsp fresh parsley, fresh chopped

2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb top round beef, trimmed, cut into small cubes

1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained

3.5 oz orzo
2 tbsp fresh parsley, fresh chopped

In a large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat. Brown beef for 2-3 mins. Set aside. Add sausage and cook for 2-3 mins, turning, until browned. Let cool then thinly slice.

Meanwhile, heat remaining oil and saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until onion is tender. Add bacon, celery, carrot and zucchini. Cook for 4-5 mins, until tender. Return beef and sausages to pan. Add tomatoes, stock and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 mins.

Add cannellini beans, cabbage and orzo. Simmer for 8-10 mins, or until orzo is al dente. Add chopped parsley and serve.
