Hearty Meat Pie Recipe

   Mix above ingredients thoroughly and pat into 9 inch glass pie plate.

   Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 min.

   Meanwhile, peel and slice 1/4 inch thick 1 sweet Spanish onion.

   Separate into rings, about 3 c..

   In a skillet with 2 Tbsp.

   butter and 3/4 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms, saute/fry onion rings till limp but not browned.

   Remove meat from oven.

   Drain off excess fat.

   Spread mushrooms and onions over meat.

    Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp.

    Parmesan cheese.

    Return to oven.

    Bake 15 min longer.
