Hearty Chicken Soup

   Cover chicken in pot with water and boil until done. Remove chicken from bone. Place bouillon cubes in pot of water chicken was cooked in, pour in potatoes and onion. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce. (May sprinkle in garlic salt if desired for taste.) Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium - low or until potatoes are tender.
