Hearty Beef Stroganoff Recipe

   Cut steak into thin strips.

   Dust with flour and pepper.

   Brown meat in large skillet.

   Add in mushrooms, onions and garlic.

   Brown all lightly, stir in beef broth.

   Cover and cook for 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender.

   Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream and cook 5 min.

   Serve over noodles.
