1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. bacon
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
3 c. water
1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. barley
1 (29 oz.) can Veg-All homestyle-mixed vegetables (including juice)

Coat beef with flour seasoned with salt and mustard.
