1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup ham, diced
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Cook bacon in a skillet until almost crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and roughly chop, but do not drain skillet.

Use bacon fat to saute onion and bell pepper until translucent, Drain.
