Heart Smart Meat Loaf

   Heat oven to 350u00b0.

   Measure 1 cup of stewed tomatoes, puree in blender (save remainder).

   Combine all ingredients except ground beef; mix well.

   Add ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

   Bake 1 hour.

   Before last 15 minutes of baking, add remainder of stewed tomatoes to top of meat loaf.

   Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
