Put the honey and tahini in a mixing bowl and blend together well.

Add the ground almond, again blend well.

Add the flour a little at a time making sure that it is mixed in well, until you have a sticky but workable dough.

Put the griddle on to heat up to 150c degrees.

Take a teaspoon full piece of the dough and make a ball with it in the palms of your hands (I am sure the kids would love to help you with this), then flatten it out slightly to make the little cake shape. IN HIND SIGHT I have found it easier to put a little flour in a bowl, so that you can coat the little cakes, they are a lot easier to handle.

Place them on the griddle a few at a time.

Cook on each side for 3 minutes.
