Hazelnut, Pear And Apricot Pie

   Prepare a pastry for a single 9-inch pie.

   Place the hazelnuts in a 8 or 9-inch wide pan.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven until nuts are lightly browned under the skins (15 to 20 minutes).

   Pour into a towel, rub lightly with towel to remove as much of the brown skins as possible.

   Lift the nuts from the towel; discard the skins.
