2 Land O Lakes Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/3 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
