Haystack Candies

   Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat and pour over oatmeal and coconut mixture.

   Mix well, then using a teaspoon, drop mixture (cookie size) onto wax paper.

   Let cool.
