2 (8 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter

Cut pork in 3/4 inch cubes.

Brown slightly in oil and sprinkle with soy sauce.
