Hash Brown Potato Casserole

   Saute onion in skillet with a little butter.

   Add cheese and soup.

   Melt.

   Add sour cream.

   Spread potatoes in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish; heat thoroughly.

   Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Place corn flakes in Ziploc bag and mash into crumbs.

   Sprinkle crumbs over potatoes and bake approximately 1 hour at 325u00b0 or until potatoes are done.
