Happiness in a Cup Hot Chocolate

   In a crock pot, add chocolate and cream.

   Turn crock pot on high and stir every few minutes, until all the chocolate is melted.

   Add sugar and allow to fully dissolve.

   This can be made fairly low carb by replacing the sugar with a substitute.

   Add milk and star anise and let heat.

   Once the chocolate is smooth, add the Schnapps.

   Stir and lower heat to low.

   Let flavors merge for at least five minutes.

   Remove anise.

    Serve.
