1 qt. or 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Saute for 3 minutes the onion, margarine and green pepper. Brown beef, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
