Hamburger Surprise Muffins

   Brown ground beef with onion; drain.

   Set aside.

   Mix Bisquick mix in a bowl.

   Set aside.

   Cut cheese into small cubes and add to Bisquick.

   Add salt and pepper to ground beef.

   Grease muffin pan with oil.

   Fill each cup half full with ground beef.

   Top with Bisquick mix.

    Place in oven at 350u00b0 for 5 minutes or until brown. Remove and let stand 5 to 10 minutes to cool.

    Place on dish with paper towel.

    Serve immediately.
