Hamburger Stroganoff (OAMC)

   In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion.

   Stir in consomme, mushrooms, lemon juice, and pepper.

   Place half of the mixture in a freezer container.

   {Can freeze it up to 3 months}.

   To enjoy the other half, add pasta, sour cream, and water and heat until warm.

   TO USE FROZEN MEAT MIXTURE: Thaw in the fridge, warm in a saucepan and add additional ingredients as directed above.
