2 Tbsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms

Saute the onion in butter. Stir in ground beef, garlic, flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and soup.
