1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. oleo or butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and garlic in oleo until golden.
