Hamburger Roast(Good, Quick And Easy)

   Rub frozen ground beef with molasses or syrup and place in heavy iron skillet.

   Sprinkle well with pepper and garlic salt. Put strips of bacon on top of roast.

   Place sliced vegetables around meat.

   Cover only the vegetables with V-8 juice.

   Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350u00b0 to 400u00b0 or until done.
