Hamburger Pie Rosemarie

   Bake pie shell 10 minutes in 350u00b0 oven until brown.

   Cook hamburger and separate until done.

   Microwave broccoli and carrots until tender.

   Combine hamburger (drained), vegetables, soup, mushrooms, Ricotta cheese and 1/2 of the Jack cheese.

   Put mixture in pie shell.

   Top with remaining Jack cheese.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.

   (If desired, add corn, beans or potatoes to mixture before putting into pie shell.)
