   Brown hamburger in 10-inch skillet; drain off grease.

   Add 4 cups water.

   Bring to a boil.

   Add macaroni.

   Bring back to a boil and cook macaroni until tender.

   When macaroni is done, add cream soup.

   Stir until blended.

   Now, add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
