Hamburger Goulash

   Brown ground meat, onion and bell pepper.

   Drain.

   Make gravy with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, milk and hot water.

   Add potatoes, cut in circles.

   Cook until potatoes are about half done.

   Add ground meat mixture.

   Simmer until potatoes are done.
