2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped white onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
4 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook meat and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender.

Spread half the noodles in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish; top with half of the meat sauce.
