Size) Tomato Sauce; 1/2 cups Ketchup; Salt And Pepper, to taste

8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cups Chopped Onion
1/4 cups Chopped Green Bell Peppers
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 pound Hamburger Meat
1 can (16 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
1/2 cups Ketchup
Salt And Pepper, to taste

Cook noodles and drain.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, evaporated milk, lemon juice, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce together.

Add cooked noodles and mix until noodles are covered with sauce.

Pour into a greased 11x7 baking dish.

In a skillet, cook onion and green bell peppers in butter until tender.
