2 lbs boneless cooked ham
2 tablespoons butter
2 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup beef stock
12 madeira wine (optional)
1 tablespoon catsup
¾ cup whipping cream 1 pakg. frozen chopped spinach (10oz)
12 lb whole mushroom, sauteed
4 large potatoes, sauteed

Slice ham 1/4-inch thick.

Heat butter in heavy skillet.

Add ham slices a few at a time.

Brown quickly on both sides and keep warm on platter.

Add onions to butter in pan.

Cook and stir 1 minute over high heat.
