Ham and Potato Casserole

   This dish may be cooked in either a crock pot or in a 9X13 baking dish.

   Spray baking dish or crock pot with non-stick cooking spray before adding ingredients.

   In crock pot, add all ingredients except cheese, stir and cook for 8 hours on the High setting.

   Once done, remove lid.

   Place cheese on top of casserole.

   Place lid back on crock pot and warm until cheese is melted.

   If using a casserole dish, combine all ingredients except for cheese.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

   Top casserole with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
