1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 (2 lb.) bag cottage style frozen potatoes
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen baby carrots
1 lb. canned vacuum sealed ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
