   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Pour the ingredients, in the following order, into the bread making machine: water, olive oil, salt, yeast, and flour. Choose the dough program and set for 15 minutes. Remove from machine, and let rise for 20 minutes.

   On a floured work surface, roll out the dough in rectangles to fill.

   Fill some with cheese and ham, and others with chorizo sausage.

   Fold over 3 equal parts, and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

   Brush the merendinhas with the beaten egg yolk.
