   Mash the pumpkin flesh coarsely.

   Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.

   Chop the pineapple into small pieces.

   Put the pumpkin, banana, and pineapple in a blender and add the pineapple juice.

   Blend until smooth.

   Add the orange juice and blend again.

   Pour into glasses and serve at once
