   Dont have marinara sauce ,dont worry ..see how i make fresh tomato sauce in my capelini recipes ,add some liquor(option)after stir up chopped fresh tomato with garlic ,simmer,add fresh basils ,or fresh parsley ..heat off ..

   Boil pasta ( cappelini 4 to 5 mins ) in salted water,cool in runny water to let excess red color flow with water,drain ,add some olive oil to protect from sticking ,set in serving plate,can boil all you make in one time ,mix with olive oil and wrap with plastic ,only need small portion on serving

   Add sauce ,garnish with basils ,parmesan cheese
