Add extracts, beat another minute. To the creamed mixture, alternate adding the dry ingredients and the 1 cup milk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir in the sprinkles. Pour the batter into a greased and floured sheet pan.

Beat one stick of butter until creamy. Add 4 cups powdered sugar, 1/8 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat a few more minutes. For stiffer frosting, add more powdered sugar. For thinner frosting, add more milk. Once the cake is cool frost it and top with more sprinkles.
