Haddock with green sauce

   Clean very well the haddock removing all the flakes.

   Cut it in 4 pieces if it is the whole fillet.

   Put salt on it and save it for later.

   Chop the garlic as thin as you can.

   Heat oil along with the minced garlic in a pan where fit all pieces of haddock in a single layer.

   When the garlic start fried, but without taking color, add flour and stir for a minute, down the fire so you do not reach brown.

   Add parsley and two thirds of the water.

   Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.

   If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water.

    Place the pieces of haddock in the pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes for each side

    Serve immediately with the sauce that should be linked and not very thick.

    With the fish is always better not get too much done.

    If there is a bit raw, is left plugged heat 4 to 5 minutes and you're done.
