Chop peppers, onion and garlic.

Remove all seeds from pomegranate and run through a juicer.

Will produce roughly 4-5 ounces of juice with no pulp or seeds.

add all items (except pom juice)and just enough vinegar to the food processor and let it chop as fine as it will get.

Simmer pomegranate juice on low, stirring frequently, until you notice it is just starting to thicken up.
