Habanero Pineapple BBQ sauce (Goes great with Chicken and Pork)

   start by finely cutting up the Habaneros.

   Remove all seeds (be sure to wear gloves)

   Take a large sahce pan and put the butter, red pepper flakes and habaneros in there to cook down.

   Onve the peppers start to become translucent add the ketchup, molasses and pineapple nectar

   Stir for a few min or until a low boil begins.

   Then add the garloc powder and honey.

   set the cook top to a low heat and let simmer until it can coat a spoon.

   then remove from heat
