Gypsy Sauce for Wienerschitzel

   Heat small sauce pan

   Add ketchup and oil and heat

   Begin to add paprika in small increments to taste

   Add peppers..slice peppers in long, narrow strips

   Add green oinions

   Cook and either add more paprika, salt,pepper to taste

   Heat and stir till sauce bubbles slightly

   Serve on top of wienerschitzel or on side...this is good for breaded pork chops too and with other meats.

   Basically I just alternate adding small amounts of either ketchup or oil to suit our tastes.

    I first had this at a restaurant in Koblenz, Germany and in other cities and loved it.
