Guilt-Free Quicke Chocolate Fondue

   Break the chocolate into a small microwave proof ramekin. Add the milk. Heat for 30 seconds. The chocolate will not be melted when you take it out of the microwave -the heat that was retained by the ramekin will take care of the melting process. Stir with a fork until all of the lumps have melted.

   Alternatively, if you don't want to use a microwave, you can melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

   Cut up the fruit in chunks, dip in the fondue and eat.
