Preheat the oven to 450 F. Place an un-greased baking sheet inside the oven to preheat as well.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a food processor. Cut butter into cubes and sprinkle on top of the dry ingredients. Add Greek yogurt. Pulse food processor until just combined (about 20 pulses).

Carefully take dough out of food processor and place it on a lightly floured surface. Add cheese and olives to dough. Use your hands to incorporate dough evenly. Use your hands to press dough into an inch thick square. Cut square in half and place pieces on top of each other. Push it back into a square shape. Repeat this process 2-3 times.

Use your hands to press dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 12 pieces. Place squares on the pre-heated baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
