3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 can sour cream

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion and salt; shape into four patties.

Brown well on both sides in butter and skillet.
