Grilled Sirloin Steak With Pimento Black Pepper Tequila Sauce

   Process pimientos in blender or food processor until smooth; set aside.

   Brush steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Grill or broil steak, turning once, until desired doneness.

   Meanwhile, heat remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat and cook pepper 30 seconds. Stir in pimientos and cook 2 minutes. Stir in tequila and simmer 1 minute. Stir in cream and cook 1 minute. Season, if desired, with salt.

   To serve, evenly spoon Knorr(R) Fiesta SidesTM - Smoked Chipotle Rice and sauce on each plate, then top with sliced steak.
