Grilled Salted Pork

   With a paper towel, pat dry any excess water from the pork.

   Rub in the salt and garlic evenly.

   Wrap with plastic wrap (2 layers).

   Put that into a plastic bag, press the air out, and close it up tightly.

   Brine in the fridge for 3 days.

   Slice the pork into 5 mm.

   In a pan over medium heat, grill one side until it turns white.

   Do not use oil.

   Grill the other side briefly.

    Remove the cooked meat.

    Chop the leek diagonally, and stir-fry in the same frying pan.

    Season with black pepper and soy sauce.

    Serve with the meat.
