Grilled Roasted Garlic Potato Salad

   Steam potatoes 10 min.

   or until just slightly undercooked; cool.

   Thread potatotes onto flat metal skewers; brush with some of the dressing.

   Grill potatoes on medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.

   or until potatoes are tender, turning and brushing frequently with remaining dressing.

   Remove from skewers; let cool to room temperature.

   Meanwhile, mix mayo, garlic and mustard in large bowl.

   Add potatoes and celery; mix lightly.

   Refrigerate until chilled.
