Grilled Pork Chops With Apple And Onion Plum Sauce

   Heat oil on a grill pan and cook apple and onion, turning, until softened. Remove from pan.

   Add pork to pan and cook for 5 mins each side, or until cooked to your liking. Cover, stand for 5 mins.

   Stir sauce, lemon juice, stock and apple mixture in a small saucepan over a high heat until it comes to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 1 min.

   Serve pork with sauce.
